Class 1 have had a fantastic week, here are some of the children's highlights:
"playing with my friends", "singing the Christmas songs for the Nativity", "painting a picture of the Gruffalo", "making my number 5s", "eating my dinner, my pudding was the best", "dancing with CDA", "showing my friends my show and tell and answering all their questions", "decorating my Pudsey biscuit".
Class 2 - I liked dance and gymnastics, moving the wolf in computing, dancing because it was so much fun, the school play was the best this week, I loved adding in maths, making paper towers in PE, phonics, PSHE, playtime, the cake sale, singing the song "Welcome" in the Christmas play, subtracting in maths, I enjoyed designing and making my tower, writing about castles, and I LOVED EVERYTHING!
Class 3 have enjoyed leaf printing in Art. We’ve written letters to Mr and Mrs Twit in English. In Geography we’ve been looking at human and physical landmarks. Year 4 have been doing estimating numbers in maths and Year 3 have done 100’s. We enjoyed our rainy walk on Monday. We are enjoying Pudsey Day so far.
Class 4 We have really enjoyed practising our roles in the Christmas production, getting into character and using expression.
We have enjoyed dancing, we are getting really good at remembering our routine and adding extra choreography.
We have enjoyed writing an alternative ending to our story 'The Great Kapok Tree'.
In History, I have enjoyed learning about the Mayans, how they farmed and who ruled city states.
We have enjoyed taking part in Children in Need, thinking about children who need help and support.
I have enjoyed Buddy Reading with the reception children.
