Year 6 cake by Natasha Heslop


Mrs Heslop very kindly provided the Year 6 pupils with a lovely cake to wish them good luck on their next step in their education journey. The cake will be taken with us to Crackers, Haltwhistle where it will be distributed among the children. Thank you once again, Natasha.

Final day in the Lockerbie Manor House


Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the abseiling session after a hearty breakfast. We have had a fabulous week but we are looking forward to coming home today with our muddy washing.

Day 3 in the Lockerbie Manor House


We have had a very wet morning on the lake today with paddle-boarding and raft building. Fortunately all of our rafts managed to float and carry the whole team across the lake. It was great fun. We are looking forward to crate-stacking, compass work, initiative games and climbing this afternoon and this evening.

Lockerbie Manor day 2


We have had a very, activity-packed day today with canoeing, kayaking, rifle shooting, low-ropes, fencing and climbing. Still having great weather and lots of fun.

Residential trip – day 1.


After a great morning exploring the castle and grounds of Caerlaverock Castle, we arrived safely at Lockerbie Manor where we have had great fun mountain biking and doing the blind trail (where we got rather muddy).

Rounders tournament
